Where are you located?Check out our contact page, and it will give you the closes estimate of our location. When you book, you will receive a confirmation email with the exact address.

What is your pickup location?Pick up location will be sent in an email right after you book with us.

Can we captain our own boat during the rental period.Every boat comes with a captain provided from the company. We don't put the responsibility into our customers to drive the boat.

Can we bring food on the boats?Yes, of course! You just cannot actually cook on the boat. As for drinks, all is welcome except no glass containers.

Is there a restroom on the boats?Unfortunately not. There are locations along the lake that we can stop off if anyone needs to use the restroom, and there are restrooms at your pick up location as well.

Can you do watersports behind the boats?As of now we do not allow water sports.

Are dogs allowed on the boats?Unfortunately not. To be courteous to all of our guests, we ask that you leave your pets at home.

Do the boats have bluetooth/ radio/ AUX to play music?All of our boats are equipped with aftermarket sound system in them. They all have AUX and bluetooth connections.

Can I bring alcohol on the boat?Yes, as long as you are 21 years of age or older. You are allowed to bring alcohol on the boat, but be sure to bring plastic cups to drink out of.

Does the customer have to pay for gas/fuel for the boats?No, that is included in the rental price.

What is a normal tip amount to leave a captain?We usually see about 18-20% for most boat rentals.

Can I reserve a boat without paying?IN ORDER TO BOOK, YOU CAN PAY IN FULL WHEN BOOKING ONLINE, OR WE WILL REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT, WITH THE REMAINING BALANCE TO BE PAID IN FULL 72 HOURS IN ADVANCE OF DEPARTURE.... (MUST BRING ID ALONG WITH CREDIT/DEBIT CARD USED FOR DEPOSIT).

Is there a minimum number of hours you must rent a boat for?We do have a 2hr minimum on all rentals.

What is your cancellation policy?Refunds are applicable if cancellation is made at least 14 days prior to reservations.

What happens if it rains?If it rains prior to departure you will be able to reschedule the rental for another date. If it happens to rain while you are on the boat, it is at the Captain’s discretion to cancel the booking or wait until weather pass. If it happens to rain for more than 30 minutes of the booking, then the booking can be canceled by the client or Captain. Any cancellation due to weather after the booking has started will receive a prorated refund from the time they left the dock til the time they are returned to the dock, not when it starts raining.
